Spa Policies

Amenities:
Showers are recommended for your enjoyment, but not required. It is our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

For Your Comfort and Consideration:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to insure you receive your full services and amenities. Please turn off all cell phones in the spa and salon area. No children are permitted in the spa unless they are having a spa service.

No cell phones are to be used or on in the salon and spa, for the respect of others receiving relaxing services.

Reservations:
We recommend you book your next appointment before leaving the spa or salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your wishes.

Packages:
All multi service packages must be used at the same time and are not transferable. A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking a spa package.

Gratuity:
Our spa packages do not include the tip. No other services in the salon or spa have gratuity included. The customary gratuity for a salon or spa service is 15%-20% at your discretions. Tips for the technician in check or cash only.

Cancellations:
In consideration of our guests and technicians, we appreciate a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Packages or multiple services will need to have a credit card on file to reserve this appoinment. Nothing will be charged to this card unless you do not show for these appointments.
